Pursuant to the Arizona Revised Statutes § 25-320(D), the Supreme Court shall establish guidelines for determining the amount of child support and review the guidelines at least once every four years to ensure that their application results in the determination of appropriate child support amounts. If you have a comment or suggestion you would like the Child Support Guidelines Review Committee to consider, you may submit a comment. Please submit your comments to the Committee by August 31, 2008 to ensure sufficient time for review and consideration. Due to Committee deadlines, comments received after this date may be considered only if time permits.
