Attorneys who have been suspended for less than six months can apply for
reinstatement by filing an affidavit with the Supreme Court. See Rule 64,
Arizona Rules of Supreme Court. Attorneys who have been suspended for more
than six months or disbarred need to apply for reinstatement according to
Rules 64 and 65, Arizona Rules of Supreme Court.
Attorneys are transferred to disability inactive status according to Rule
63, Arizona Rules of Supreme Court. Reinstatement proceedings are governed
by Rules 64 and 65, Arizona Rules of Supreme Court.
Attorneys may be placed on interim suspension until final disposition of all
pending proceedings against the member according to Rule 61, Arizona Rules
of Supreme Court. |
