Information for new divorcing parents of
minor children and unmarried parents with custody access disputes.
As of January 2, 1997, all new divorcing
parents of minor children and unmarried parents with custody access
disputes are ordered by the courts to attend an educational program
focused on their children's needs. The minimum standards for these
programs were adopted by the Arizona Supreme Court in Administrative
Order 96-52 on October 30, 1996.
