This site contains all of the opinions issued by the Arizona Judicial Ethics Advisory Committee from its inception in 1976 to the present.  Over the years, the opinions have been published in various formats, most recently as part of the Judicial Conduct and Ethics Manual distributed to all judges throughout the state.  The manual was discontinued in December 2002, and the committee began publishing its opinions exclusively on the web in 2003.  In February 2004, the opinions were reformatted to make them easier to read. The revision included minor editing that did not affect the substance of the opinions.
