PUBLIC ANNOUNCEMENT

The Arizona Supreme Court, Administrative Office of the Courts is seeking public comment on proposed revisions to the ACJA § 7-202: Fiduciaries. To review the proposed revisions to ACJA § 7-202  Click here. The public comment period has been extended and is presently scheduled to close at 12 noon on Friday, January 8, 2010.

To submit a comment, please proceed to the ACJA Forum located at http://azdnn.dnnmax.com/forumacja The ACJA Forum home page provides information about viewing proposals and comments and provides instructions for registering and posting comments.

Regulatory Scope Subcommittee Recruitment

The Fiduciary Board Regulatory Scope Subcommittee is seeking interested volunteers to be considered for appointment to the Subcommittee for an undetermined period.  The Subcommittee will meet periodically to review and discuss possible proposals for future amendments to Arizona Code of Judicial Administration § 7-202: Fiduciaries; including the proposal currently posted for public comment.  The Subcommittee meeting schedule will be developed during the early months of 2010.

Individuals interested in being considered for appointment to the Subcommittee are asked to submit their request for appointment consideration by email to PFP@courts.az.gov no later than 5 pm on Wednesday, December 23, 2009.
