The Fiduciary Compliance Audits are designed to determine compliance with applicable statutes, Arizona Supreme Court orders and rules and the Fiduciary Program rules and codes and the Code of Conduct.

The mission of compliance audits is to ensure compliance with State statutes, Supreme Court Administrative Orders and Fiduciary Program Rules and Code of Conduct; and provide a mechanism by which the Supreme Court may fulfill its statutory fiduciary oversight responsibility.
