AOC Divisions of the Administrative Office of the Courts (AOC) lists the ten divisions that provide support for the supervision and administration of all Arizona courts.

2009 Legislative Update provides summaries and implementation information for legislation of interest to the court community that were passed in the Arizona Legislature.

2009 Rules Impacts Report provides summaries of Rules of Procedure that were adopted by the Arizona Supreme Court in 2009 that may impact the courts.

Civil Cover Sheet - (Rule 8(h) of the Arizona Rules of Civil Procedure).  The Arizona Supreme Court has amended Rule 8 (h) of the Arizona Rules of Civil Procedure to require the utilization of a statewide Civil Cover Sheet. The Civil Cover Sheet was approved by the Supreme Court and will be maintained on the Administration of Courts website. The plaintiff or plaintiff’s attorney must complete and submit the Civil Cover Sheet to the Superior Courts when filing the initial complaint or petition in a civil action. The Rule went into effect January 1, 2009.  FORMS: Statewide  -  Maricopa County  -  Pima County

Court Improvement Program is a federally funded program to assess and improve court proceedings regarding foster care and adoption.

Statistical information for all levels of Arizona's courts, except for federal or tribal court data, is gathered by the Caseflow Management Unit in the Court Services Division.

Criminal Code Sentencing Chart.  These booklets describes misdemeanors, fines, financial assessments, length of probation ranges, juvenile offenders, drug offense sentencing ranges, personal possession and use of drugs, general crimes sentencing ranges, dangerous crimes against children sentencing ranges, first and second degree murder and community supervision ranges.

Fill the Gap was approved by the Legislature in 1998 and 1999 to fill the gap in criminal case processing. The Legislature provided more than $12 million to assist prosecutors, defense attorneys and courts in reducing delays and eliminating criminal case backlogs.

2008 Report of the Arizona Judicial Branch provides an update on the year's progress and appears online in accordance with A.R.S. 41-4153. A copy of the annual report is available for interlibrary loan from the Arizona state library, archives and public records.
