Arizona General Stream Adjudication is a judicial proceeding to determine the extent and priority of water rights in a river system. Bulletins are published online to inform readers of significant rulings or breaking news that develop from these proceedings.

United States Supreme Court, the highest tribunal in the nation for all cases and controversies arising under the Constitution or the laws of the United States, is the final arbiter of the law. The Court is charged with ensuring the American people the promise of equal justice under the law and also functions as the guardian and interpreter of the Constitution.

The United States District Court for the District of Arizona's mission is to deliver the highest measure of justice by providing an accessible, impartial forum for the resolution of disputes with the consistent, just, efficient and timely delivery of service to the bench, Bar, public and other entities with whom the courts interact.

The United States Bankruptcy Court for the District of Arizona provides information about Electronic Case Filing (ECF) where the public can, among other things, check Local Rules and General Orders, download general forms and instructions, browse Frequently Asked Questions, find out where to file pleadings, and fill out survey forms.

Superior Courts

Maricopa County Superior Court offers a number of programs for students and adults interested in learning more about the court and the criminal justice system.

The Clerk of the Superior Court, Maricopa County, provides legally mandated services including fiduciary, family support and court records information management in an accurate, timely and professional manner to the Superior Court and the public.

Pima County Superior Court

Cochise County Superior Court

Coconino County Superior Court hears cases involving real property, civil claims of $5000 or more, felony prosecutions and misdemeanors not otherwise provided for by law, probate matters and divorce matters.

Gila County Superior Court

The Clerk of the Superior Court, Coconino County, serves as the official record keeper and financial officer for the Superior Court. The functions of the Clerk of the Court are far reaching, satisfying more than 500 state statutes and court rules.
