Finding an Attorney.  The State Bar of Arizona has several resources listed to help individuals locate an attorney in the state of Arizona.
Legal Resource Guide by the State Bar of Arizona (PDF).  This document addresses such matters as how to hire a lawyer, attorney professional responsibility, legal assistance to the community and legal topics important to all individuals.  It is a publication of the State Bar of Arizona and Phoenix Magazine.
AzLawHelp.org has information about civil legal issues, organizations that provide free legal help to low income clients, and other resources for people who can’t afford an attorney.  Self-help instructions and forms are available to download for people who want to help themselves and for legal aid advocates who want to assist their clients.

Answers to Frequently Asked Questions About Child Support
The Arizona Child Support Guidelines follow the Income Shares Model. The model was developed by the Child Support Guidelines Project of the National Center for State Courts. Information regarding development of the guidelines, including economic data and assumptions upon which the Schedule of Basic Child Support Obligations is based, are posted on this site.
2005 Child Support Calculator is an Interactive PDF (Portable Document Format) document that will calculate a child support amount based on the Arizona Child Support Guidelines that took effect January 1, 2005. It has been designed to function with Adobe Acrobat Reader version 6.0.1. Please remember that this calculator is for informational and educational purposes only.

Arizona Child Support Guidelines: Findings From a Case File Review.  This report discusses the application of the Arizona Child Support Guidelines to new orders. It considers a random sample of child support orders filed between May 1, 2001, and April 30, 2002. It compares the results of this case file review to those from a 1999 Arizona case file review and a national study. The study is part of the 2004 review of the Arizona Guidelines being conducted by Arizona's Administrative Office of the Courts.
Arizona Child Support Guidelines Economic Basis for Updated Child Support Schedule. The Family Support Act of 1988 requires states to review their guidelines every four years. Federal regulations specify that the review must contain an assessment of the most recent economic data on child rearing costs and a review of case data to ensure that deviations from guidelines are minimal. This report addresses the core of the guidelines, the Schedule of Basic Child Support Obligation.
