you would like hard copies of some of our publications, we have most of them
available upon request. They are produced by the Arizona Supreme Court
Administrative Office of the Courts (AOC) and are available, in limited
quantities, free of charge to the general public for non-commercial use.

Committee Annual Report provides an update on this legislative committee's

2008 Arizona Lengthy Trial Fund Annual Report is submitted annually to the
Joint Legislative Budget Committee, pursuant to A.R.S. § 21-222(F), and reports
on the amount of monies collected and disbursed from the Arizona Lengthy Trial
Fund and the number of jurors who received monies from the fund.

Alternative Dispute Resolution Fund Report provides an update on this fund
year.
Capital Sentencing Guide was created by the staff attorneys of the Arizona Death Penalty Judicial Assistance Program to assist Arizona’s superior court judges in resolving capital sentencing matters. The Guide consists of two major parts: the aggravation and mitigation tables, and the case summaries. The aggravation and mitigation tables list every Arizona Supreme Court opinion that
discusses that particular aggravating or mitigating circumstance. The case summaries enable the reader to see, at a glance, the
entire aggravating and mitigating circumstances in that specific case.

Final Report of the Committee on Compulsory Arbitration in the Superior Court.
In November 2005, Chief Justice McGregor established an Ad Hoc Committee on
compulsory Arbitration in the Superior Court in Arizona. The Committee concluded
their work in August 2006 after presenting the final report of the Committee to
the Arizona Judicial Council and filing a rule petition to revise and expand the
rules for compulsory arbitration in the Superior Court.
Court Filing Fees. The filing fee schedules for the state are established by statute. The monies collected from the state fees are allocated to various state and local funds as prescribed by statute. Please check with the court for additional local fees.
